About the role

The individual will work as part of the Corporate Marketing team to translate operational priorities and developments into transparent, effective passenger and stakeholder communication, ensuring high visibility, adoption, and a seamless on-ground experience.

This role requires strong execution capability, structured thinking, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across Operations and Marketing.

Key roles, and responsibilities

1) Operations Marketing & Communication
- Support marketing requirements across Terminal operations, Landside, and Airside operations
- Front small and mid-scale creative campaigns, and event led marketing campaigns under manager supervision
- Contribute to social media BAU delivery for Operations and technology portfolio
- Ensure consistency of messaging across on-ground, social, and digital touchpoints
- Support the planning and execution of on‑ground events, campaign video shoots, and brand activations.

2) Content Planning & Development
- Plan, conceptualise, and execute content for information signage, social media,



and campaign requirements
- Demonstrate intermediate copywriting skills with the ability to simplify operational messaging from passenger POV
- Develop campaign briefs for agencies and assess creative outputs
- Front reactive campaigns based on briefs received from internal teams
- Own and maintain budget trackers, calendars, campaign development documents, trackers, and processes
- Liaise with creative and production agencies to ensure timely and high-quality delivery

3) Stakeholder & Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Operations (Terminal, Landside, Airside), social, and digital teams
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable briefs

4) Performance & Visibility Tracking
- Track effectiveness of campaigns and communication through basic performance metrics and feedback loops
- Support visibility audits to ensure clarity, place
