Role Overview

As a
Digital Marketing Executive (Fresher)
, you will support the management of our clients' online presence by contributing to Online Reputation Management (ORM), social media coordination, and PR initiatives. Working alongside experienced marketing professionals, you will help monitor brand conversations, engage with online communities, manage customer feedback, and support campaign execution across multiple client accounts.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys writing, understands social media, has a customer-first mindset, and is eager to build a career in digital marketing within a rapid-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Monitor and manage online reviews and customer feedback across Google, social media, and other review platforms.

•⁠ ⁠Draft personalized and brand-appropriate responses to customer reviews and queries.

•⁠ ⁠Track brand mentions, customer sentiment, and online conversations across digital platforms.





•⁠ ⁠Assist in implementing ORM strategies to improve brand reputation and customer engagement.

•⁠ ⁠Support PR and brand outreach initiatives, including media research and maintaining media databases.

•⁠ ⁠Research industry trends, competitors, and relevant publications for PR and content opportunities.

•⁠ ⁠Assist the social media team with content planning, publishing schedules, and campaign execution.

•⁠ ⁠Assist in campaign reporting, documentation, and maintaining client trackers.

•⁠ ⁠Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude to improve research, content creation, reporting, and productivity.

•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of client deliverables.

•⁠ ⁠Stay updated with the latest digital marketing, social media, and online reputation trends.
