Preparing Architectural and interior drawings as guided by the Principal Architect or the Project Manager
- Reviewing & designing architectural and interior drawings when asked
- Ensuring all drawings are compliant to Client requirements and site conditions
Researching and maintaining knowledge of various materials, application methods & specifications
- Monitoring the work of Subordinate Architects & making recommendations or scheduling meetings as required
- Providing guidance to Sit Engineers, supervisors & Contractors like Plumber, Electrician, etc
and help them interpret the drawings and documents
- Liaising with clients to ensure all issues are addressed in a timely manner, and that the project requirements are met
- Preparing BOQs for projects, and reviewing Measurements shared by Vendors/ Contractors
- Ensuring the team works together to achieve set goals and targets
- Acting as a mentor to current architects and helping them fine tune their design skills and improve their industry knowledge
- Networking and consulting various industry professionals
