Job Purpose
Support Green Aero's HR team in sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates across engineering, BD, and corporate roles as the company scales its hiring plan, with a focus on LinkedIn-driven recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and post job descriptions on LinkedIn and other relevant job boards/platforms
- Source and screen candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter/searches, referrals, and inbound applications
- Conduct initial resume screening against role requirements and shortlist suitable candidates
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers/panel members
- Maintain candidate trackers, pipeline reports, and interview status updates
- Communicate professionally with candidates on application status, scheduling, and follow-ups
- Support onboarding documentation for new joiners as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Recently completed graduation/post-graduation
- Well-versed with LinkedIn recruitment/sourcing techniques and job-description drafting
- Comfortable conducting initial candidate screening and coordinating interview schedules
- Strong written and verbal English communication
- Working knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets for trackers)
- Willing to work on-site, 5 days a week, at KIADB Aerospace Park
Preferred
- Aerospace/engineering educational background or prior exposure to technical/engineering hiring (helps in understanding and screening for specialist roles like propulsion, avionics, and aerodynamics engineers)
