We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Influencer Media Marketing Executive who can build strong influencer relationships and execute impactful influencer marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify, research, and shortlist relevant beauty, lifestyle, fashion, and makeup influencers across social media platforms.

* Reach out to influencers for collaborations, negotiate commercials, and finalize partnerships.

* Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns aligned with brand objectives and product launches.

* Coordinate with influencers for content deliverables and ensure timely submissions.

* Manage influencer gifting, product dispatches, and campaign timelines.

* Maintain and update influencer databases, including contact details, rates, and campaign performance.





* Track campaign performance and prepare reports on reach, engagement, impressions, and ROI.

* Collaborate with the content, social media, and design teams to ensure brand consistency across influencer campaigns.

* Stay updated with social media trends, emerging creators, and competitor influencer activities.

* Assist in developing innovative influencer marketing strategies to improve brand visibility and customer engagement.

* Manage influencer contracts, invoices, and payment coordination.

* Monitor user-generated content and secure usage rights for brand promotions when required.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Media, Business Administration, or a related field.

* 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or brand collaborations (freshers with relevant internships may also apply).

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
