Job Description
- Build and lead BondSmart s nationwide channel partner network across India.
- Recruit, onboard, activate and manage Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs), Wealth Managers, National Distributors, Regional Partners and Financial Institutions.
- Develop a scalable multi-tier distribution model covering National, Regional, State and City levels.
- Build a network of 5,000+ active channel partners over five years.
- Create and manage a distribution book exceeding 10,000 Crore AUM.
- Drive annual fixed income distribution of 2,500+ Crore through the partner ecosystem.
- Recruit, mentor and lead a high-performing national sales and channel management team.
- Develop channel partner acquisition, engagement, training, certification and retention programs.
- Design scalable operating processes, governance frameworks and performance management systems.
- Own complete business P&L; with focus on sustainable and profitable growth.
- Work closely with Product, Technology, Marketing and Operations teams to build India s most efficient distributor platform.




- Develop incentive structures, commission models and partner engagement initiatives.
- Build strategic alliances with leading financial institutions and distribution houses.
- Represent BondSmart at industry forums, conferences and partner events.
- Ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining the highest standards of governance and ethics.

Skills and Knowledge
- Proven experience in building and scaling large distribution networks in the Mutual Fund, Wealth Management or Financial Services industry.
- Strong relationships with IFAs, National Distributors, Wealth Management Firms, Family Offices and Financial Advisors across India.
- Demonstrated success in channel partner acquisition and activation.
- Solid leadership and people management capabilities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build businesses from scratch.
