to become the domain expert for
OpsPulse
, our no-code operations management platform that digitizes EHS, QMS, GRC, audits, inspections, permit-to-work, incident management, and compliance workflows.

Job Description

As a Solutions Consultant, you'll bridge manufacturing expertise with technology by helping customers digitize and automate operational processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery workshops with manufacturing customers to understand operational challenges and identify automation opportunities.
- Design, configure, and demonstrate tailored solutions using the Workhall platform.
- Build Proof of Concepts (POCs)



and present business value to stakeholders.
- Serve as the Manufacturing SME for EHS, QMS, GRC, permit-to-work, CAPA, audits, inspections, and maintenance workflows.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to shape product capabilities and win enterprise deals.
- Support customer implementations, user training, solution validation, and successful go-lives.
- Create reusable solution templates and contribute to product documentation and industry best practices.

What We're Looking For
- 6–12 years of experience in manufacturing, industrial operations, EHS, QMS, maintenance, or process improvement.
- Engineering degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Chemical, Electrical, or a related discipline.
- Hands-on experience driving digital transformation or process automation within manufacturing environments.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, L
