Key Responsibilities:
Production Planning
- Prepare monthly, weekly, and daily production plans based on sales forecasts, customer orders, and capacity availability.
- Coordinate with Manufacturing, QC, QA, Engineering, and Purchase departments to ensure adherence to approved production schedules.
- Monitor plan vs. actual production and initiate corrective actions for deviations.
- Optimize batch sequencing to minimize changeovers, cleaning validation impact, and downtime.
- Ensure planning aligns with regulatory commitments and approved manufacturing processes.
Material Planning & Control
- Plan and monitor raw materials, intermediates, solvents, packing materials, and consumables to support uninterrupted production.
- Generate MRP / material requirement plans and track lead times to avoid shortages or excess inventory.




- Coordinate with Purchase for timely procurement and follow-up with vendors.
- Ensure compliance with approved vendors and material qualification status.
Inventory Management
- Maintain optimum inventory levels to balance cost control and production continuity.
- Monitor aging, slow-moving, non-moving, and obsolete inventories, and initiate timely disposition.
- Control inventory accuracy through periodic stock verification and reconciliation.
- Support cycle counts, physical verification, and audit requirements.

Systems & Documentation
- Prepare and maintain PPIC-related SOPs, formats, and records in compliance with cGMP requirements.
- Generate MIS reports related to production, materials, inventory, and capacity utilization.
Coordination & Compliance
- Act as a single point of contact for cross-functional coordination related to planning and scheduling.
