Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site BPO Executive role based in South Delhi. The BPO Executive will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions across channels such as phone, email, chat, and social media, providing timely and accurate information about orders, deliveries, returns, and products.



The role includes resolving customer issues, escalating complex cases when needed, and maintaining detailed records in CRM or ticketing systems. The BPO Executive will follow standard operating procedures, meet performance targets related to response time, quality, and customer satisfaction, and support process improvements to enhance the overall service experience. Collaboration with operations, logistics, and merchandising teams to relay customer feedback and ensure smooth order processing will be a key part of the daily responsibilities.

Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills, including clear spoken and written English and Hindi, and an ability to handle high volumes of customer interactions professionally.
- Experience with call center or BPO operations, including handling inbound and outbound calls, chats, or emails, and working with CRM or ticketing tools.
