Role Description
: The Document Controller will manage and maintain project documentation, ensuring that all documents are accurately created, updated, stored,



and retrieved in line with company standards and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include organizing and indexing technical and project records, controlling document versions, tracking approvals, and ensuring timely distribution of documents to relevant stakeholders. The role involves coordinating with project teams and departments to collect documentation, maintaining secure and systematic archives, and supporting audits and compliance checks. The Document Controller will also help improve documentation procedures and tools to support efficient project delivery.
