Elixir Immigration is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller (Study Visa & Immigration) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling enquiries, contacting prospective clients, explaining our study visa and immigration services, and scheduling appointments with our counsellors. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy interacting with people, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Contact prospective clients and explain study visa and immigration services.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for counsellors.
- Follow up with interested clients to ensure maximum conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and appointment targets.
- Coordinate with the counselling team to ensure a smooth client experience.
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism.

Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.




- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to manage client records.
- Positive attitude with a target-oriented approach.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, or the immigration industry is preferred.
