Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Dynamics Developer. The Dynamics Developer will design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics solutions to support business processes and enhance system capabilities. Day-to-day tasks include implementing and configuring NAV modules, writing and optimizing code, integrating Dynamics with other applications and services, and troubleshooting technical issues. The role also involves collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements, mapping them to Dynamics functionality,



and ensuring solutions are stable, secure, and well-documented. The Dynamics Developer will participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and continuous improvement of development practices within the team.

Qualifications
- Strong Software Development and Programming skills, including experience with relevant languages and frameworks used in Dynamics and NAV environments.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV, including configuration, customization, and extension development.
- Proficiency in Integration work, such as APIs, web services, and data synchronization between Dynamics and other enterprise systems.
- Ability to analyze and model Business Processes and translate them into effective Dynamics solutions.
- Experience with version control, testing practices, and debugging tools in a cooperative development environment.
