Role Description
The Business Development Manager role in Pune is a full time, on-site position responsible for driving new business and nurturing existing client relationships. Day-to-day activities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings, presenting tailored ecommerce and digital marketing solutions, and negotiating contracts to close deals.
The role involves collaborating with internal teams to prepare proposals, ensure smooth onboarding, and align service delivery with client objectives. The Business Development Manager will track sales pipelines, maintain accurate CRM records, analyze market trends, and provide regular revenue and performance reports to leadership. This position requires active participation in networking events, industry outreach, and strategic initiatives to expand MASOLVZ’s presence in the Pune market and beyond.
