Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Corporate Chef to oversee food production and kitchen operations across multiple canteens, cafeterias, and caf outlets. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining food quality, controlling costs, managing manpower, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring smooth operations at multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of multiple canteens, cafeterias, and caf outlets across different locations.
- Ensure consistent food quality, hygiene, and presentation as per company standards.
- Plan and standardize menus while maintaining food cost and nutritional requirements.
- Monitor kitchen operations, inventory, and stock levels to minimize wastage.
- Prepare and analyze MIS reports, including daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Track and monitor Profit & Loss (P&L;) of each location and implement cost-control measures.
- Maintain food cost, labour cost,



and operational expenses within budget.
- Manage vendor selection, negotiations, procurement, and supplier performance.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely supply of quality raw materials.
- Lead, train, and supervise chefs, cooks, kitchen staff, and service personnel across multiple locations.
- Ensure optimum manpower planning, deployment, and productivity.
- Conduct regular site visits and operational audits.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and statutory regulations.
- Resolve client concerns and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with operations and management teams to improve service quality and profitability.

Required Skills
- Solid knowledge of commercial kitchen operations and food production.
- Experience in managing multiple canteens, cafeterias, or caf operations.
- Excellent MIS reporting and documentation skills.
- Good understanding of Profit & Loss
