Required:
- C/Linux experience
with Linux (must have), Python (good to have)
- Storage protocols

NFS and SMB

debugging/troubleshooting

- Good hands-on experience on
Linux system administratio
n activities (E.g. Analyzing kern.log/dmesg, journalctl, performing low level drive formats, partition management, exposure to persistent memory/NVDIMM/Optane, kernel modules etc.)
- Hands-on experience with
linux tool
s. E.g. dmesg, smartctl, lsblk, proc, strace, gdb, iostat, iperf, tcpdump, gdb, sar, nodup, dd, sed, awk, grep, wireshark etc




- Build knowledge and related tools: Buildroot/yocto, patching linux kernel, ISO generation, bootloader knowledge, makefile, SBOM, ATF framework, pytest etc

Roles & Responsibilities: -
- There is a steep learning curve before customer data access will be given.
- Post that it's purely going to be a customer ticket-oriented work.
- This will involve working with live customer data, recovering bad sectors, dealing with DL (Data loss), Data Unavailability (DU) scenarios, performing administrative procedures, rebuilding index drives, scrapping HDD for recovering data, Data replication, Disaster Recovery etc.
