Role Description
The Operations Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The role involves overseeing daily operational activities, coordinating bookings, monitoring itineraries, and ensuring smooth service delivery across travel and tourism offerings. Responsibilities include handling customer queries, collaborating with vendors and internal teams, maintaining records,



and supporting process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality. The Operations Executive will track operational performance, identify issues, and assist in implementing solutions that align with company standards and customer expectations.
