Role Purpose:
To enhance retail performance by building solid product knowledge and sales capability across store teams through structured training, measuring effectiveness, continuous skill development and tracking business outcome achieved. The role ensures store readiness for new product launches, drives consistency in customer experience, and translates training initiatives into measurable improvements in key retail KPIs such as conversion, ATV, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Delivery:
· Deliver engaging training programs on Apple products , operating systems, services and third-party accessories
· Facilitate new hire training programs, ensuring comprehensive product knowledge and sales readiness within the stipulated time and is responsible for NH Productivity
· Conduct New Product Introduction (NPI) training sessions aligned with Apple product launches, ensuring stores are launch-ready with product knowledge
· Lead product refresher training and skill enhancement workshops to maintain high competency standards across all retail locations
· Utilise diverse training methodologies including classroom sessions, virtual training, hands-on demonstrations, role-plays, case studies, and scenario-based learning
· Deliver both in-person and virtual training sessions using web conferencing tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Needs Analysis & Program Development:
· Collaborate with Store Managers, Cluster managers and Retail leadership to conduct training needs assessments and identify skill gaps by analysing sales data, customer feedback and performance metrics

Evaluation:
· Conduct pre- and post-training assessments to measure knowledge acquisition and skill development
