Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP Finance Consultant to join our offshore EA team at the Kochi Digital Factory. This role provides end-to-end SAP FI/CO support for Aldar Estates' UAE business operations, covering period-end closing, financial reporting, budgeting processes, and system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day SAP FI/CO functional support for UAE business units
Manage and support period-end and year-end financial closing activities
Configure and maintain SAP FI modules including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Cost Centre Accounting
Support budget planning and monitoring processes within SAP
Develop and maintain financial reports using SAP standard reporting tools
Analyze and resolve production incidents within agreed SLA timelines
Document functional specifications for enhancements and coordinate with the ABAP team on delivery
Support finance process improvement initiatives and system upgrades




Participate in testing cycles and UAT for finance-related changes

Required Qualifications & Experience
5+ years of SAP FI/CO functional consulting or support experience
Robust knowledge of GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Controlling (CCA, PCA, IO)
Hands-on experience with SAP ECC 6.0 or S/4HANA Finance
Experience supporting month-end and year-end closing cycles
Ability to write functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Good communication skills in English

Preferred / Nice to Have
Experience with SAP IS-Utilities or Real Estate Management (RE-FX)
Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA Finance and Central Finance
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors payroll integration
Background in real estate, property management, or facilities management sectors
