Roles and Responsibilities :

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Lead Developer to lead the design, development, enhancement, and support of enterprise ServiceNow solutions. The role will provide technical leadership across multiple workstreams including ITSM, CMDB/CSDM, Finance, Master Data Management (MDM), SPM, and custom applications while ensuring adherence to platform best practices, architecture standards, and governance processes.

The ideal candidate will combine strong hands-on development expertise with technical leadership capabilities, mentoring developers and driving solution quality across the platform.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership
- Lead design and development activities across ServiceNow modules and custom applications.
- Provide technical guidance and code reviews for development teams.
- Define and enforce development standards, coding best practices, and platform governance.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Platform Teams.
- Support release planning, deployment activities,



and platform upgrades.

Development & Enhancements
- Design, document and develop solutions within:
- ITSM (Incident, Change, Problem, Service Catalog, Request Management, Knowledge Management)
- CMDB and CSDM
- Finance applications
- Master Data Management applications
- Custom scoped applications
- Develop workflows, Flow Designer automations, integrations, business rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, and Service Portal/Employee Center components.
- Design scalable data models and application architectures.
- Optimize platform performance and maintain technical debt backlog.

Platform & Integration
- Develop, document and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and external APIs.
- Support CMDB health initiatives, discovery integrations, and CSDM adoption.
- Participate in platform upgrades and current feature adoption.
- Provide transition to support (T2S
