Role & responsibilities
- Sales Coordinator primarily assists the sales team.
- Preparing Quotations, proforma invoice, sample request and then follows up with clients, negotiating terms with the client at a cost best that Suits both ways.
- Following up for the Purchase Order from the client, check the Terms in the PO, and ensuring the delivery of goods to customers has happened on time taking care of Documentation is the entire process.
- Must be able to efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries of Clients in a very efficient way.
- Client servicing buy interacting with clients through email, telephone, and in-person meetings, as well as interact with other sales team to resolve customer concerns.
- Tracking Sales orders, taking necessary approvals & ensure that they are scheduled & sent out on time
- Preparing Sales Report as and when required & Following up for overdue payment.
- Providing support to the marketing and sales team
- Coordination with the field force for solving queries, data gathering etc.
Requirement
- Bachelors degree or associate degree preferred
- Good experience in inside sales, customer service and/or a related manufacturing
- Spectrum knowledge will be added advantage
- PC literacy is required (Microsoft office suite)
- High level attention to detail
- Robust interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as with team members and without direct supervision.
