Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients in selecting furniture, decor, and accessories that meet their aesthetic and functional needs
- Conduct in office visits to assess client spaces and provide personalised design recommendations
- Develop and present design proposals and mood boards to clients, effectively communicating design concepts and product recommendations
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and goals
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and design techniques to provide clients with the latest design solutions
- Maintain a strong understanding of Studio A2Zs product offerings and pricing structure
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and services
- Handle client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
