Capabilities Development & Data Analysis
- Translate customer and business data into actionable insights and stakeholder-ready recommendations.
- Design and deliver reports, dashboards, and analytical tools that improve efficiency, accuracy, and business visibility.
- Analyze panels, point-of-sale, and syndicated data to identify sales trends and support strategic initiatives.
- Apply a data-driven approach to business questions and proactively identify opportunities for performance improvement and value creation.

Stakeholder Influencing
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business requests, communicate insights clearly, and influence action through effective storytelling.
- Deliver clear, compelling presentations and recommendations that help stakeholders act with confidence.
- Build strong working relationships with global stakeholders and effectively support business requests and priorities.

Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors degree from an accredited university.
- 4+ years of experience in business reporting, analytics, and visualization in consumer packaged goods or a related industry.
- Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and data environments such as GCP.
- Experience using data to influence decision making and deliver business recommendations.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS •
- 5+ years of experience in business reporting, analytics, and visualization within CPG/FMCG, particularly in trade, ecommerce, or revenue management.
- Experience with data modelling and with syndicated, panel, and point-of-sale data
