Role Description
The CMA Articleship role is a full-time internship based in office at the UNITED FILINGS LLP office in Chennai. The intern will assist with day-to-day accounting tasks such as bookkeeping, preparation of financial records, and support for audits and compliance filings.



Responsibilities include working on GST and income tax documentation, ROC-related filings, and payroll-related data under the supervision of senior team members. The role also involves supporting client engagements, maintaining accurate records, and learning to use relevant accounting and compliance software tools. The position is designed to provide practical exposure to financial compliance, taxation, and business advisory processes in a professional environment.

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing CMA (Cost and Management Accounting) with eligibility for articleship and a strong interest in taxation, accounting, and compliance.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles, GST, income tax, and corporate compliance; familiarity with bookkeeping and financial statement preparation.
- Comfort with MS Excel and other office productivity tools; willingness to learn accounting and compliance software relevant to the firm’s operations.
