Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly reports.
- Tally Entries (All types like Contra, Payments, Receipts etc).
- Managing all expenses for petty cash, vendor payments, filing documents.
- Assisting MD on his personal finance management.
- Looking after CSR activities including making entries, documentation and auditing.
- Total work in logic ERP accounting software.
- Handling day-to-day accounting activities and maintaining accounting books.
- Work pertaining to MCA is preferable
- Working on banking & reconciliation.
- Basic knowledge of GST & TDS knowledge.
- Timely settlement of advance to staff and creditors.
- Verification of salary statements and NEFT payments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proficient in Microsoft office word and basic MIS reporting.
- Knowledge of invoice process & payment process.
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with outstanding follow-up skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
