Lead the overall strategy and operations of the Inspection, Quality Control, and Safety & Security Division across all global markets. Drive compliance, strengthen governance, and build high‑performing teams to ensure operational excellence

Key Responsibilities
- Develop compliance strategies and solutions across the company
- Build organizational structure, headcount plans, and managerial capability
- Lead employee engagement, performance programs, and division-wide execution
- Manage budgeting, cost control, and analysis of operational KPIs
- Implement technology solutions and optimize systems, processes, and regulations
- Oversee inspection,



quality control, safety, and fraud control activities globally
- Coordinate with Legal to maintain updated compliance frameworks
- Lead development of fraud‑risk identification systems and conduct post‑inspection reviews

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (HR, Law, Security/Police preferred)
- 10+ years in inspection/control, including 3+ years in management
- Robust experience in strategy, organization, and performance management
- Experience in transportation services is a plus
- Strong vision, strategic mindset, and ability to inspire teams
- Able to work under high pressure, solution‑oriented, service‑minded
- Deep knowledge of risk management & internal control
- Excellent communication, planning, and analytical skills
- Proficient in MS Office and relevant tool
