Sales Executive – Concrete Products

Location: Sy No 138, A/p Bashettihalli, Bangalore Rural 562163

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to drive sales of our range of concrete blocks, pavers, kerbstones, and other concrete products. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the concrete products, building materials, or construction industry and possess strong relationships with contractors, builders, architects, developers, and dealers.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Develop relationships with builders, contractors, architects, developers, and channel partners.
- Conduct site visits, prepare quotations, negotiate orders, and coordinate deliveries.
- Follow up on customer inquiries, payments, and after-sales support.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities,



and identify current business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate CRM/sales reports and provide regular updates to management.

Requirements
- Prior experience in concrete products/building materials sales is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of pavers, concrete blocks, kerbstones, and related construction products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively within Bengaluru and surrounding regions.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
