Your Mission, Roles And Responsibilities
Let us introduce the main missions of the Group Controller:
- Ensure controlling data consistency and consolidation.
- Maintain and further develop the reporting tools (SAP, Oracle PBCS solutions).
- Coordinate all financial reporting phases (actuals, forecast, budget, strategic plan)
- Investigate the variances and monitor the action plans.
- Improve the processes and promote cutting-edge digital reporting.
- Be a finance ambassador to share the best practices within the organization.
What You Will Learn In This Position
- Learn about all FORVIA reporting and controlling processes.
- Lead projects and initiatives directly connected to Controlling process improvements.
- Interact with a large variety of stakeholders and partners at different levels of the organization to build a strong network within FORVIA (Top management, Regions, Business Groups, etc.)
Your profile and competencies to succeed
Technical Skills
- Finance degree in related field of study, master’s degree, preferred.
- 6 to 10 years of controlling experience required (ideally at plant level or in Programs/R&D; activities)
- Computer literate and good expertise of IT systems
- Consolidation Systems Knowledge (Essbase, Hyperion, PBCS, …)
- Experience in an international company or in a matrix organization
- English fluency required.
