OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION:

Systems Migration Analysts are aligned with VMS/MSP implementations to bridge the gap between configuration requirements, data gathering and validation, data upload, and user acceptance testing. Additionally, the Systems Migration Analyst will be responsible for implementation support including data audits, system admin support and billing support before and after a program go-live. The Systems Migration Analyst may be aligned to a project at kick-off or after system build has commenced and may participate in discovery-related activities in order to outline necessary data alignment. They are responsible for transactional data gathering, upload and alignment through user testing and go-live support through project close-out. The ideal candidate works closely with their fellow project team members to act as a subject-matter expert for the system build and testing work streams. ________________________________________

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:




- Participates in internal meetings to obtain program requirements and client expectations, identifying risks and topics affecting configuration and data requirements.
- Responsible for data collection and ensuring data alignment to the approved configuration summary requirements. Prepare files to contain data for upload into various vendor management solution programs, which involves data scrubbing within Excel using various formulas and comparing different data sets to validate for accuracy. Data collection specifics include system setup requirements involving large volumes of data including the following:
- Transactional or census data for various types of workers including but not limited to contingent workers, non-employees, independent contractors, statement of work contracts.
- Validation of transactional data against foundational data is required, including job titles, descriptions, rates, user information, billing data, relations
