Overview:

As a Content Writer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the creative thinking and communication identity of our brand.



The role involves crafting high-quality content that aligns with our brand voice and helps explain complex fraud detection concepts in a simple, engaging way. You'll work closely with multiple teams to bring our products and solutions to life through impactful storytelling.

Key Responsibilities
- Write, edit, and proofread engaging content including blogs, website pages, product descriptions, whitepapers, case studies, press releases, newsletters, and emailers.
- Research fraud prevention trends, regulatory changes, digital identity, and fintech use cases to develop insightful and original content.
- Collaborate with the product, design, and tech teams to translate technical concepts into easy-to-understand content. Assist in scripting product videos, social media reels, and explainer animations.
- Contribute content ideas and angles for thought leadership articles, LinkedIn posts, and marketing campaigns.
