About This Role
We're seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Compensation specialist to lead compensation platform implementations and ongoing support for a US-based client. You'll manage the full lifecycle of compensation projects—from planning and configuration through go-live and post-launch optimization. This is a hands-on technical role where you'll own compensation module strategy, user enablement, and cross-functional integrations. You'll work directly with client teams to transform compensation processes and drive adoption across the organization.
What You'll Do
- Lead Implementations:
Own end-to-end Compensation module implementations, including planning, configuration, testing, and go-live support for full lifecycle projects
- Configure & Customize:
Design compensation workflows, forms, and data models; manage user access, roles, and foundation master data
- Optimize Platform:
Maintain and support the Compensation module post-launch; perform release functionality reviews and testing; ensure system health and data integrity
- Enable Users:
Train business users on compensation review processes, audit procedures, and platform functionality; create documentation and best practice guides
- Analyze & Report:
Develop compensation analytics, dashboards, and reporting solutions; provide data-driven insights to support business decisions
- Drive Integration:
Provide cross-platform support across Employee Central, Onboarding, and other SuccessFactors modules; coordinate data flows and system synchronization
- Support Global Operations:
Maintain supported language translations and localization; ensure compliance with regional compensation practices
