Role & responsibilities : Job Responsibilities

* Handle Ocean Export documentation.

* Prepare and amend Bills of Lading (BL).

* Process Shipping Instructions.

* Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, customers, and overseas agents.

* Handle VGM filing, manifest documentation, and shipment tracking.

* Ensure timely and accurate export documentation.

Required Skills:

* Hands-on experience in Ocean Export Documentation.

* Good knowledge of Bills of Lading, Shipping Instructions, VGM & Manifest.

* Strong email drafting and English communication skills.

* Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel.

* Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

* Freight Forwarder

* Shipping Line (Documentation)

* Logistics / CHA

* NVOCC

Candidate Profile

* Good communication skills.

* Stable work history.

* Comfortable working from the Hyderabad office.

* Willing to work the 12:30 PM 9:30 PM shift (alternate Saturdays off).
