Key Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with French-speaking customers or stakeholders through qualified interactions.
- Handle customer queries, requests, and issue resolution while maintaining high service standards.

- Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Eligibility
- French language proficiency at C1 level or equivalent.
- French language certification is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and professional environment.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Compensation
- Salary: Up to ₹9 LPA (based on skills, experience, and interview performance).
