Job Summary

This hybrid role is for a senior developer with six to eight years of experience specializing in Pega platform engineering and application development in Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM). The position focuses on complex Pega upgrades frameworks data and integration and case management to deliver resilient and scalable solutions. Exposure to check processing domain flows is beneficial. The role operates in a day shift with no travel expectations.

Responsibilities

Design and implement high performing Pega applications that align with enterprise architecture guidelines and support scalable digital workflows for business stakeholders in a hybrid work setting
Execute end to end Pega upgrade activities including impact analysis configuration refactoring regression support and post upgrade optimization to maintain platform stability and longevity
Configure and extend Pega frameworks to address complex business rules ensuring reuse consistency and maintainability across multiple applications in the portfolio




Develop robust Pega case management solutions that orchestrate work allocation service level management and exception handling to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
Build and optimize Pega data and integration components to connect with enterprise systems using secure and efficient patterns that ensure reliability and data quality
Create detailed technical designs for Pega features including class structures data models flows and UI behavior to provide clear guidance for future enhancements and maintenance
Conduct code reviews and solution walkthroughs to ensure adherence to Pega guardrails internal quality standards and regulatory expectations while minimizing technical debt
Collaborate closely with business analysts testers and infrastructure teams to refine requirements clarify edge cases and deliver incremental value through iterative releases in day shift operations
