Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic leader to spearhead Janitri’s international market expansion with a primary focus on Africa. This role blends strategic leadership, business development, and institutional relationship management to establish Janitri as a trusted partner in maternal healthcare.

Key Responsibilities
- Market Expansion: Drive entry and growth across African countries.
- Institutional Partnerships: Build relationships with hospitals, ministries of health, NGOs, and donor agencies.
- Revenue Growth: Lead adoption of maternal healthcare devices via tenders, alliances, and corporate accounts.
- Leadership:



Mentor regional sales managers and country reps to achieve ambitious targets.
- Negotiation: Manage high‑value negotiations with institutional buyers and donor‑funded programs.

Qualifications
- 10–18 years in international sales, with proven success in healthcare/medical devices.
- Robust track record in government tenders and institutional sales in emerging markets.
- Deep understanding of African healthcare systems and procurement cycles.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Exposure to donor‑funded programs is highly desirable.
