Role Description
The Associate Director of Sales is a full-time, on-site role based at Fairfield by Marriott Agra in Agra. This role is responsible for driving hotel revenue through proactive sales activities, including identifying current business opportunities,



nurturing existing client relationships, and managing key accounts in corporate, leisure, and group segments. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing sales plans, conducting sales calls and site inspections, preparing proposals and contracts, and collaborating with the revenue and marketing teams to optimize pricing and promotional strategies. The individual will also oversee sales operations, track performance against targets, maintain accurate sales reports, and ensure alignment with Marriott brand standards. The role involves working closely with internal stakeholders to support successful events, deliver high-quality customer service, and represent the hotel at industry events and networking forums.
