Role Description
This full-time Inside Sales Representative role is an on-site position based in Current Delhi. The Inside Sales Representative will handle incoming and outgoing calls, qualify prospects, and manage the sales pipeline to meet revenue targets. Daily responsibilities include generating leads, following up on inquiries, preparing and presenting product or service information, and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. The role involves working closely with the account management and customer service teams to ensure smooth onboarding and a positive customer experience.



The Inside Sales Representative will also monitor customer feedback, support resolution of issues, and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation, including managing a sales pipeline and converting prospects.
- Skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a focus on building long-term relationships and handling queries professionally.
- Experience in Account Management, including maintaining client records, coordinating renewals, and supporting upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present technical information clearly.
- Comfort with using CRM systems, sales tools, and basic office software to track activities and prepare reports.
