- Deep knowledge of NCR locations (routes) and proficient in Employee routing on application and excel
- Address employees concern while maintaining optimum cab utilization and adhering transportation policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards governing transportation operations.
- Monitor transportation operations to ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards.
- Maintain and accurately record key deliverables such as Per head cost, On time arrival, No-Show
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline transportation processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Investigate and resolve transportation-related issues in a timely manner.
- Actively working in employee transport for 10 plus year, has experience of managing transport team with 2500 plus transport users in ITES / BPO in 24X7 operations.
