Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment team for a one-year internship. The intern will gain practical exposure to the complete recruitment lifecycle while working on hiring requirements across both Manufacturing and IT functions. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about Human Resources and eager to build a career in Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process for IT, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Corporate roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels.
- Maintain and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining timely communication throughout the hiring process.




- Prepare and share interview feedback, recruitment reports, and hiring dashboards.
- Assist in campus hiring initiatives, internship drives, and recruitment events.
- Coordinate background verification and pre-joining documentation.
- Support onboarding activities and documentation for recent hires.
- Collaborate with HR and business teams to ensure smooth hiring operations.
- Assist with employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns on social media.

- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals will be an added advantage.
