Qualification Criteria- B.Tech-Mechanical Engg

Mandatory Skills-

Support NPI, industrialization, FAI, and rate-readiness activities

Strong hands-on experience in metallic and/or composite manufacturing

Good understanding of fabrication / assembly processes

Experience working in an aerospace manufacturing environment

Customer-facing experience with Airbus, Boeing, or global OEMs preferred

Familiarity with manufacturing documentation and ERP/MRP systems

Role Summary This role acts as a Manufacturing Engineering interface between global counterparts and local teams. The position focuses on process definition, standardization, technical alignment, and change coordination.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain manufacturing processes, routings, work instructions, and process flow documents
- Support NPI, industrialization, FAI, and rate-readiness activities




- Provide shop floor support to resolve production issues and non-conformances
- Ensure compliance with aerospace quality standards and customer requirements
- Support production planning, capacity, and delivery commitments
- Participate in RCCA, CAPA, audits, and customer reviews
- Interface with customers for technical clarifications and change management
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, cost & cycle-time reduction)

Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience in metallic and/or composite manufacturing
- Valuable understanding of fabrication / assembly processes
- Experience working in an aerospace manufacturing environment
- Customer-facing experience with Airbus, Boeing, or global OEMs preferred
- Familiarity with manufacturing documentation and ERP/MRP systems
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills
- Fluent in English, both writte
