Job Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Operations & Project Coordinator to manage day-to-day IT operations, coordinating technology projects, handling vendor interactions and ensuring timely execution of tasks across internal teams. The ideal candidate should have a strong IT background, excellent coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced environment.

The role requires hands-on involvement in IT systems, user support, process documentation, procurement activities and coordination across departments and third-party vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Project Tracking: Coordinate IT projects and track tasks, timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups across Development, Design, Content and Business teams.
- Communication & Documentation: Schedule meetings, prepare meeting minutes,



maintain action trackers and follow up with stakeholders.
- End-User Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Windows systems, office phones, printers, peripherals and end-user devices. Administer Microsoft 365, Outlook, user accounts and access permissions.
- System Deployment: Research and evaluate software, tools and technology solutions based on business requirements. Coordinate with vendors for licenses, subscriptions, support requests, renewals and procurement activities.
- Asset Management: IT asset management, inventory maintenance and procurement processes.
- Quality Assurance: Create and maintain SOPs, process documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly operational and project status reports. Maintain records, databases, and IT documentation.
