*The Role*
We are looking for driven, enthusiastic Sandwich Makers to join our team.

The Ideal Candidate Must Be
- Passionate - You have to love food. Genuinely, really love it.
- A problem solver - We are both thinkers and doers at Earl’s. You have to be ready to solve complex problems at short notice and roll with the punches when things get tough.
- Detail orientated - We don’t just repurpose dishes that already exist; we reinvent them. This only happens when we focus on the detail; doing the smallest things right to make a big difference to our customers.
- Accountable - Things don’t always go to plan and you need to be ready to shoulder the responsibility, learn from your mistakes and grow beyond them.

- A willingness to learn new skills and develop your culinary knowledge
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to plan ahead
- The ability to follow instructions to create high-quality dishes consistently, adhering to our specification at all times
- Personal and professional hygiene standards, ensuring the kitchen is in tip top condition at all times
- Drive brand standards daily across behaviour and practice - this cannot be emphasised enough
- Impeccable time management
