International Outreach Executive (EdTech GCC Australia)
Location: Greater Noida West (Work from Office)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Shift Timing: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Position Overview
We are looking for dynamic, confident, and customer-oriented professionals to join our International Outreach team. As an International Outreach Executive, you will be the first point of contact for parents seeking academic support for their children. Your role will be to understand their educational needs, introduce our tutoring solutions, and schedule consultations with our Academic Advisors.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with parents of K12 students through outbound calls
- Introduce and explain our online learning programs in a clear and engaging manner.
- Understand each student's academic requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Schedule counselling sessions or demo classes with Academic Advisors.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations,
follow-ups, and lead status in the CRM.
- Build trust and nurture relationships with prospective parents.
- Coordinate with academic and operations teams for seamless student onboarding.
- Achieve assigned outreach, engagement, and conversion targets.
- Provide timely follow-ups to maximize parent engagement and enrollment.
Qualifications
Candidate Profile
- Freshers with excellent spoken English are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in Telecalling, International Voice Process, Customer Support, Academic Counselling, Inside Sales, or EdTech is preferred.
- Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Comfortable working with performance targets.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
