Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented LMS / Operations Executive to support the day-to-day operations of our Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure the smooth delivery of online learning programs. The role involves managing learner access, course content, batch operations, faculty coordination, issue resolution, and operational reporting to deliver a seamless learning experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capability to work in a rapid-paced, technology-driven environment while collaborating with multiple internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage learner onboarding, enrollment, and LMS access for assigned batches.
- Create, configure, and maintain courses, batches, and learner permissions within the LMS.
- Upload and organize study materials, recorded sessions, assessments, and other learning resources as per the academic schedule.
- Ensure timely publishing and maintenance of digital content on the LMS.




- Coordinate with faculty to facilitate smooth execution of live and recorded sessions.
- Monitor daily online operations to ensure classes, recordings, and learner resources are available without disruption.
- Respond to learner queries related to LMS access, content availability, assessments, and technical issues within defined service levels.
- Coordinate with the Technology, Academic, Student Success, and Product teams for issue resolution and operational improvements.
- Perform regular quality checks to ensure the accuracy of learner access, course content, and operational processes.
- Maintain operational documentation, trackers, and reports while ensuring adherence to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Identify operational challenges and proactively recommend process improvements to enhance learner experience and operational efficiency.
