Role Description
The Residential Interior Project Manager will oversee end-to-end management of interior design projects, ensuring timely and quality execution from design development to final handover. This full time, on-site role in Kolkata involves coordinating with designers, vendors, contractors, and clients to align project plans, budgets, and timelines.



Day-to-day responsibilities include scheduling and monitoring site activities, managing procurement and deliveries, tracking progress, and resolving on-site issues. The role also includes conducting regular site inspections, ensuring adherence to design specifications and safety standards, and maintaining clear documentation and updates. The Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing transparent communication and ensuring a smooth, stress-free project experience.

Qualifications
- Project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination for residential interior projects.
- Expeditor and expediting capabilities to manage procurement, vendor follow-ups, and timely delivery of materials and finishes.
