Java (Java 21+), Frameworks, Spring Boot / Quarkus, functional programming, reactive architecture and non-blocking I/O, REST APIs, gRPC, event-driven systems, and messaging (Kafka / MQ), GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, automation, and DevOps practices, PostgreSQL / NoSQL, OAuth2, JWT, mTLS, observability tools (logging, metrics, tracing).

Responsibilities
- 10+ years of experience in software development with solid focus on hands-on development
- Strong proficiency in Java (Java 21+) with frameworks such as Spring Boot / Quarkus
- At least 2 years of relevant experience with functional programming, reactive architecture and non-blocking I/O
- Experience building microservices architectures and distributed systems
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, gRPC, event-driven systems, and messaging (Kafka / MQ)
- Experience with cloud platforms (preferably GCP)



and containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Strong understanding of CI/CD, automation, and DevOps practices
- Good exposure to database technologies (PostgreSQL / NoSQL)
- Understanding of security best practices in backend systems (OAuth2, JWT, mTLS)
- Experience with observability tools (logging, metrics, tracing)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams

It would be great if you also had
- Experience working in blockchain / distributed ledger platforms (e.g., Canton)
- Exposure to API management platforms (e.g., Apigee)
- Familiarity with resilience patterns (circuit breaker, bulkhead, retry mechanisms)
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) or automation tooling
- Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and secure SDLC
- Experience in regulated environments with compliance and audit awareness
