About the Role:

This is a unique chance to build and own the entire Customer Success function at Valyx.

As Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for the complete customer lifecycle—from implementation and onboarding to adoption, value realization, renewals, and long-term customer growth. You will define the customer success strategy, establish best practices, build scalable processes, and eventually hire and lead the Customer Success team as the company grows.

You'll work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure every customer becomes a successful long-term partner while bringing the voice of the customer into our product roadmap.

What You'll Do

Customer Onboarding & Implementation




- Own the complete customer journey from implementation kick-off through onboarding, go-live, adoption, renewals, and expansion.
- Lead multiple enterprise implementations, ensuring customers achieve rapid time-to-value and a seamless go-live experience.
- Understand each customer's business processes and design implementation plans aligned with their finance transformation goals.
- Configure the Valyx platform to meet customer-specific workflows and business requirements.
- Work closely with customer teams to integrate Valyx with ERP systems, APIs, and other finance applications.
- Develop implementation blueprints, playbooks, and best practices that can be scaled across customers.
- Deliver product demos, onboarding sessions, workshops, and executive business reviews that accelerate adoption.
