Role & Responsibilities:
- Thermal & Mechanical Design, Process Design. Preparing BOM and Cost estimates, Preparing Technical proposal for Heat Exchangers, WHRBs.
- Providing engineering assistance to marketing & sales team and later, detail engineering team.
- On Time Performance of the outputs to internal and external customers.
- Participate in meetings with internal and external stakeholders as and when necessary.
- Boiler & Thermic fluid Heater Experience
- Pressure vessel
- Cost Estimation
Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
- Experience in design and proposal engineering of Waste Heat Recovery Boilers/ Systems, Heat Exchangers and Pressure Vessels as per ASME, IBR, and TEMA etc.
- Experience in Thermal and Mechanical design using well know software like HTRI, PV-Elite, KED etc.
- Innovative approach to adapting to latest technologies/ technology tools/ continuous improvements to the systems and internal design and engineering processes
- AutoCAD , SolidWorks .
- Excellent skills with PC / Laptop to manage work. Positive communication skills: verbal, written and presentation.
- Strong team player.
