- Job Title: Team Leader - Virtual Relationship Management (YF/YP/VRM)

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to manage and coach a team of Virtual Relationship Managers (VRMs). The role involves driving sales, customer engagement, portfolio growth, service excellence, and team productivity while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 12-15 Virtual Relationship Managers.
- Drive sales and revenue growth across liabilities, assets, insurance, investments, and other banking products.
- Monitor customer portfolio management and relationship-building activities.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and team development sessions.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and customer retention.
- Track team productivity, business performance, and MIS reporting.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory, risk, and compliance requirements.




- Handle escalations and support resolution of customer concerns.

Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred).
- 5-8 years of experience in Retail Banking or Relationship Management.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience leading sales or relationship management teams.
- Robust knowledge of portfolio management, wealth products, insurance, and customer relationship management.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
