Role Description
The Lead Designer will oversee the visual direction of Akshayakalpa Organic, translating brand values of sustainability, quality, and farmer empowerment into compelling design across digital and print channels. This full time role, based on-site in Bengaluru,



involves leading the design team, defining creative concepts, and ensuring consistent brand identity across packaging, marketing campaigns, social media, and internal communications. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and reviewing design assets, collaborating with marketing, product, and operations teams, and managing design workflows and timelines. The Lead Designer will also guide user-centered design for digital touchpoints, provide feedback and mentorship to team members, and coordinate with external agencies or vendors as needed.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in visual and graphic design, including brand identity, layout, and typography.
- Strong skills in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud or equivalent), and familiarity with digital and print production processes.
