What You Will Own

End-to-end billing and POS operations
Cash management, reconciliation, and daily closing
Supervision of cashier team and shift planning
Handling refunds, exchanges, and billing escalations
Ensuring accuracy in invoices, payments, and documentation
Compliance with audit, finance, and SOP guidelines

Who Thrives in This Role

3–6 years of experience in retail billing/POS operations
Graduate - Bcom preferred
Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to manage pressure during peak store hours
Good leadership skills to manage cashier teams
Familiarity with POS systems and basic accounting principles
Customer-focused with problem-solving ability
